10 Most Anticipated Hollywood Movies To Catch Up In 2015

Just like every other years, this year too, Hollywood has given us bunch of hits like Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, Edge of Tomorrow, Interstellar, Gone Girl, Flops like The Legend of Hercules, Winter’s Tale, Transcendence. A bunch of movies is also all set to entertain you this coming year too, but here is the list of movies that you would like to watch in 2015.

1. Taken 3
Sequel to the Taken 2 (released on 2012), Taken 3 is action thriller, which stars Liam Neeson, Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen and Forest Whitaker in the lead roles. The movie is scheduled to release on January 9, 2015.

2. The Boy Next Door

Directed by Rob Cohen, this psychological thriller stars Jennifer Lopez, John Corbett, Ryan Guzman and Kristin Chenoweth. This can be considered as Lopez’s comeback movie as her previous movie was in 2013 (Parker). The movie is scheduled to release on January 23, 2015.

3. Cake
Cake, the movie which was premiered in Toronto Film Festival received the standing ovation. Jennifer Aniston, who plays a woman suffering from chronic pain, has given wonderful performance in the movie. She was also nominated for Golden Globe Award and Screen Actors Guild Award. The movie is scheduled to release on January 23, 2015.

4. 50 Shades Of Grey
Based on the EL James most famous and controversial novel 50 Shades Of Grey, the movie (same name) features Dakota Johnson, who plays the role of Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan, who will be seen as Christian Grey. The movie is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, this erotic-romantic drama is all set to release on February 13, 2015.

5. Furious 7

Late Paul Walker’s last movie Furious 7 is much awaited movie of the year 2015. The movie is directed by James Wan and written by Chris Morgan.This action-thriller film also stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Statham and Lucas Black. The film was left half complete with Walker’s death, and the script was re-written, and Walker’s brother Cody Walker was used in the scenes to complete the film. The movie is expected to release on April 3, 2015.

6. Avengers: Age of Ultron
Another most anticipated movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron is scheduled to release on May 1, 2015. The movie stars ensemble cast – Robert Downey, Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and many others. This superhero film is based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers. The movie is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, which is a sequel to Marvel’s The Avengers.

7. Jurassic World

Fourth installment of Jurassic Park series – Jurassic world is scheduled to release on June 12, 2015. The trailer which was released on November had impressed the audiences. This science fiction adventure film directed by Colin Trevorrow, and produced by Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley. Steven Spielberg is executive producer of this film, which features Chris Pratt, Vincent D’Onofrio, Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson, Jake Johnson, Irrfan Khan and others in the cast.

8. Terminator Genisys

Directed by Alan Taylor and written by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier, the film stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke, Jai Courtney, Matt Smith and others. This science fiction action movie is fifth installment in the Terminator series. The movie is scheduled to release on July 1, 2015.

9. Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is an epic space opera film, which is the seventh installment in the Star Wars film series. The movie is directed by JJ Abrams and produced by Walt Disney Pictures, Lucasfilm and Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions. It is scheduled to release on December 18, 2015.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, and others. This science fiction war movie is the sequel to the first part of the Mockingjay adaptation (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1). The movie is scheduled to release on November 20, 2015.
